Service Status

Something not working? Before you assume it's your equipment, check both layers in one place: the health of our managed infrastructure and the major providers it runs on — Microsoft, Azure, Virtutel, NBN, Telstra and Optus. Rule out a fault in seconds, and if there is one, our team can jump in and help you get back up.

Auto-checked Azure and Virtutel figures refresh automatically up to every 10 minutes (checked 09:18 AEST as of this page load).

We don't just point you at a status page

When a provider has a fault, it's not the end of the conversation. As your managed IT provider, we sit on your side of the table:

  • We confirm whether the incident actually affects your services — not just that one exists somewhere.
  • We raise and track the incident with the provider under the reference number, so you don't have to chase it.
  • We set up workarounds where possible — alternate lines, mobile hotspots, priority email queues — until you're back up.

Frequently asked

Is Microsoft 365 or our internet having problems? Check here first.
Yes — this page links straight to the official status pages for Microsoft 365, Azure, Virtutel, nbn, Telstra and Optus. If a provider shows an active incident, the issue is on their side, not your equipment, and our team can help triage it while you wait for the fix.
What should I do if a provider shows a fault?
Screenshot the incident, note the reference number, and call us on 1300 250 319. We can confirm whether the fault affects your services and manage the recovery with the provider on your behalf.
Why can some status pages only open in a new tab?
Microsoft, nbn and Telstra don't allow their status pages to be embedded inside other websites, so those open in a new tab. Azure, Virtutel and Optus can be viewed right on this page.
How fresh is the infrastructure health snapshot?
The provider statuses (Azure, Virtutel) refresh automatically up to every 10 minutes. The our-infrastructure panel shows the last full service review (25 September 2025) and the incident log covers resolved incidents since. If anything on the list doesn't match what you're experiencing, call us on 1300 250 319 and we'll check your services directly.
