All Ubiquiti UniFi projects are quoted as fixed-price packages — design, supply, installation, configuration and handover documentation included. No hourly creep, no surprise hardware mark-ups, no per-device cloud-management licence fees ever. Typical small-office UniFi refreshes start around $3,500 fully installed; full multi-site builds with cameras, doors and phones are scoped individually.
