Tenant & Hardware Quote

Lightspeed subscription right-sized, hardware list, EFTPOS integration spec, install timeline. Fixed-price quote, no surprises.

Tenant Build & Menu Import

We configure your Lightspeed tenant, build/import the menu or inventory, set up modifiers, taxes, payment types, user roles and reporting.

Hardware Pre-Configuration

Printers, scanners, cash drawers, iPad stands, EFTPOS — all bonded, paired and tested in our workshop before we step foot on your site.

On-Site Install & Train

Network checked, hardware deployed, EFTPOS bonded, staff trained in the morning, soft launch with us on-site through the first lunch/dinner service to catch teething issues.

30 Days Post-Launch Support

We monitor closely for the first month — printer issues, menu tweaks, integration glitches, additional training for new staff. Optional ongoing managed support after.

Lightspeed POS FAQs

What happened to Vend and Kounta?
Lightspeed acquired both — Vend is now Lightspeed Retail X-Series / R-Series and Kounta is now Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series. The underlying products are unchanged but actively developed and now part of one unified Lightspeed account / billing.
Can you migrate us from Vend / Kounta / Square / MYOB RetailManager?
Yes — these are some of our most common migration projects. We export inventory, customer lists, supplier data and recent transaction history from the legacy POS and import / rebuild in Lightspeed. Staff retrained, hardware reused where possible.
Do we have to use Lightspeed Payments?
No — Lightspeed integrates with Tyro, Smartpay, Westpac PresentEdge, ANZ Worldline, EFTPOS Australia and others. Lightspeed Payments is often the simplest integration but you can choose your acquirer.
Will it work offline if the internet drops?
Lightspeed has offline mode that keeps you trading during temporary internet outages — transactions queue locally and sync once connectivity returns. We pair every POS deployment with 4G/5G failover for the underlying internet so outages are minimised.
How much does it cost?
Lightspeed subscription is per-register per-month (typically $90-$130 depending on plan). Hardware is one-off (typically $1.5k-$4k per till position depending on options). Implementation, training and integration are quoted as a fixed-price install.
Can you do multi-store inventory?
Yes — Lightspeed Retail multi-store handles centralised purchase ordering, store-to-store transfers, per-store pricing rules and consolidated reporting across the chain.
Do you do ongoing support?
Yes — optional monthly managed POS support covers menu/inventory tweaks, hardware replacement coordination, staff retraining as turnover happens, and being the first call when anything POS-related needs a hand.
