Lightspeed have their own 24/7 support — useful for software issues. But when the printer won't print at 6pm Friday, you call us and we send someone.

Tenant & Hardware Quote
Lightspeed subscription right-sized, hardware list, EFTPOS integration spec, install timeline. Fixed-price quote, no surprises.
Tenant Build & Menu Import
We configure your Lightspeed tenant, build/import the menu or inventory, set up modifiers, taxes, payment types, user roles and reporting.
Hardware Pre-Configuration
Printers, scanners, cash drawers, iPad stands, EFTPOS — all bonded, paired and tested in our workshop before we step foot on your site.
On-Site Install & Train
Network checked, hardware deployed, EFTPOS bonded, staff trained in the morning, soft launch with us on-site through the first lunch/dinner service to catch teething issues.
30 Days Post-Launch Support
