Aussie Broadband Business Partner

Aussie Broadband Specialists

Business NBN, Enterprise Ethernet and SD-WAN from Australia's best-rated ISP.

Australia's best-rated ISP — delivered with hands-on local support

Aussie Broadband is Australia's #1 business-rated ISP — onshore call centres, transparent congestion reporting, business-grade SLAs and no overseas support runaround. We're an authorised business partner: we scope, quote, order, install, configure your router/firewall, and stay in the loop for the life of the service. When something breaks, you call us — we deal with Aussie directly on your behalf.

Products & Offerings

Every Aussie Broadband business product — supplied and supported

Business NBN (HFC, FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, Fixed Wireless)

Up to 1Gbps symmetric on FTTP, with business-grade SLAs, static IP, and priority business-only support queue. We confirm address-level NBN technology before quoting so there are no surprises.

Business nbn® Enterprise Ethernet (NEE)

Dedicated business fibre with guaranteed symmetrical speeds (10/25/50/100Mbps up to 1Gbps), 99.95% SLA, 4-hour repair SLA. The gold standard when your business cannot afford a single NBN outage.

Aussie SD-WAN

Combine multiple internet services (NBN + 4G/5G + Enterprise Ethernet) with automated failover, application-aware routing and centralised policy. We design the topology, configure the appliances and manage ongoing.

4G/5G Backup

Bonded or failover 4G/5G with an Aussie SIM — keeps you online when the NBN drops, the digger cuts the fibre, or the FTTN node dies in the heat. Configured to fail over in under 30 seconds.

Static IP & Subnets

Routed IPv4 ranges for hosted services, VPN endpoints, remote-access gateways and CCTV. Reverse DNS configuration handled, IPv6 available.

Business Hosted PBX (via Aussie)

When you'd rather have voice on the same invoice — call queues, auto attendants, Australian DIDs, softphone apps, all backed by Aussie's network.

Why Us

Why source Aussie Broadband through us

Authorised Business Partner

Direct ordering, dedicated business support escalation, and we hold the partner of record — so you get the full Aussie business support layer, not retail call centre.

We Install Your Edge Router

Aussie ship the modem; we install, configure, lock down and document your firewall / router / UniFi gateway — so the connection actually works for your business on day one, not just for plug-and-pray home use.

Single Number To Call

Internet issue at 2pm Tuesday? Call us. We open the Aussie business support ticket, deal with NBN escalations, stay on the case until it's fixed. You don't sit on hold.

Local Address-Level Pre-Check

Before quoting we verify exactly what NBN technology, speeds and addressed are available at your business address — and whether NEE is on-net at your premises (game-changer for fibre quotes).

Failover Designed Right

We configure 4G/5G failover with proper monitoring, alerting and automatic cutover. Most businesses think they have failover until the day they need it — we test ours every month.

Plain-English Quoting

Itemised quote covering service, install, hardware and ongoing — no "call for pricing", no hidden setup fees, no contract surprises.

Use Cases

Who we deploy Aussie Broadband for

Multi-Site Businesses

Identical Aussie services across every site, central monitoring, consistent SD-WAN policies. Especially powerful with NEE at HQ and FTTP at branches.

Cloud-First Operations

M365, Xero, Adobe CC, AutoCAD, Procore — every modern business is now internet-dependent. Aussie's business SLAs make sure your software actually loads at 9am Monday.

Retail & Hospitality

EFTPOS, POS, music streaming, guest WiFi — paired with 4G/5G failover so a Saturday-night NBN outage doesn't cost you a thousand dollars in lost sales.

Trades & Construction

Site sheds, demountables and project offices with portable Aussie NBN that follows the project — combined with 4G/5G for the months before permanent services are connected.

Hosted Phone Systems

Pair Aussie Business NBN with UniFi Talk, 3CX or Teams Phone — and stop worrying about jittery voice quality. Business NBN with QoS handles 30+ concurrent calls cleanly.

On-Site Server Hosting

Static IPs and reverse DNS make Aussie ideal for businesses still hosting line-of-business servers, VPN endpoints or remote-access portals on-premises.

Our Process

How an Aussie connection gets delivered

1

Address Pre-Check

We confirm exactly what NBN technology is at your address, whether NEE is on-net, expected speeds, and any RSP/MSF charges. Quote based on facts, not guesses.

2

Service Quote & Selection

Side-by-side options — Business NBN 100/40 vs 250/25 vs NEE 50/50 vs 4G backup — with monthly cost, install cost and SLA spelled out.

3

Order & Schedule

We place the order, manage NBN appointments, coordinate cabler / NBN installer access, and stage the install around your business hours.

4

Edge Hardware Install

On install day we configure your firewall / UniFi cloud gateway, VLANs, WiFi, VPN, port-forwards, static IP routing — so it just works.

5

Cutover & Validate

Speed-tested, latency-checked, failover-verified, documented with credentials in your password vault. You sign off before we leave.

6

Ongoing Service Management

We hold the Aussie partner-of-record. Outage? Slow speed? Static IP question? Call us — we drive the ticket to resolution.

FAQs

Aussie Broadband FAQs

Why Aussie over Telstra / Optus / iiNet?
Onshore support that actually answers, real congestion transparency (their CVC graphs are public), business-only priority queues, and no contract lock-in on most plans. They consistently rate #1 in independent business ISP surveys.
Is Business NBN actually different from residential NBN?
Yes — priority support queue, business-grade SLAs, faster fault response, optional static IP and access to higher speed tiers. Same underlying fibre, materially better service layer.
What's NEE / Enterprise Ethernet?
Symmetrical business fibre over the NBN infrastructure, with a 4-hour repair SLA, 99.95% uptime guarantee and guaranteed CIR (committed information rate). Speeds from 10/10 up to 1000/1000. The right pick if your business runs entirely on cloud and an internet outage costs real money.
How fast can you get a new connection live?
Standard NBN HFC/FTTP transfer is 5-15 business days. New connections needing site visit can be 2-6 weeks depending on NBN availability. NEE is typically 8-16 weeks (it's a custom build). 4G failover can be live same-day.
Will you handle the install of the router?
Absolutely — we install and configure the business-grade firewall or UniFi gateway, the VLANs, WiFi, port forwards and VPN as part of the quote. Aussie ship a modem; we make it actually work for your business.
Can we keep our existing static IPs / phone numbers?
Static IPs can usually be re-issued on the new Aussie service (subject to type). Phone number porting from Telstra/Optus/Vodafone takes 2-4 weeks and is included in our setup.
Do you offer 4G/5G as primary internet?
Yes — Aussie 4G/5G plans are a great option for site sheds, remote sites, pop-ups or as primary for businesses where wired services aren't available yet.
